Matt Willis is removing his tattoos in a bid to bag top movie roles… – The Sun

IT is always fair to be sceptical when a pop star decides they have the chops to make it as a leading man in Hollywood.

But for Busted's Matt Willis, he insists its not his cheesy past or lack of acting credits which are holding him back, but his tattoos.

So now the ex-bassist, who is married to Cooking With The Stars host and former Big Brother presenter Emma Willis, is considering getting rid of them.

That might be a tall ask though given he is covered in ink, including one tatt of a Twix chocolate bar.

Matt, who recently shot scenes for upcoming flick Wolves Of War which stars Ed Westwick, told Heat magazine: Ive just filmed a war movie and obviously in the 1940s, people didnt have tattooed hands.

I had to go to the make-up chair hours before anyone else, every single day, to have them covered up.

It was a real pain for me and for the make-up crew. On day one, they were like, Ooh, how exciting.

By day four, they were more like, F***ing hell, not you again.

Back in 2017, Matt was turned away from two gyms while on tour in Tokyo with the Busted boys for having tattoos. By the sounds of it, getting rid of them can only be a good thing.

I just hope his pockets are deep enough and his pain threshold is high enough for the notoriously excruciating and expensive treatment.

ALESHA Dixon had a clean bill of health as she did the rounds promoting her new book yesterday but that certainly wasnt the case after pal Ant McPartlin's wedding.

The Britains Got Talent judge was a guest when Ant and Anne-Marie Corbett tied the knot a fortnight ago, Alesha said she partied so hard afterwards that she lost her voice for three days.

Rocking this edgy blue suit, she told stand-in presenter Christine Lampard on ITVs Lorraine: It was all that MC-ing. I actually lost my voice before someone pushed me on to the microphone, and that was the final nail in the coffin.

Shed better make sure her voice is in tip-top condition now she is back making music.

The album Alesha made in lockdown was her first since 2015s Do It For Love. The first single War failed to make the charts last month but Im sure there is more to come.

AFTER years of living in London, Jax Jones reveals that he has packed in the city and is heading for a palatial pile in the countryside.

In an exclusive chat from his new home in Buckinghamshire, the DJ and producer Jax jokes: I am favouring cows and farm shops over artisan coffees now.

Im learning on the job. Ive got myself a pair of Hunter boots. A Barbour jacket is going too far but I might get some chickens.

Jax will return to London tomorrow to perform at the final of cricket competition The Hundred, with special guests Joel Corry and Ella Henderson, which fans can watch live on Sky Sports and BBC Two from 3pm.

He added: Mine and Joels song, Out Out, should be in the Top 20 today so Im buzzing off that. It will be our first time performing it on TV. And then me and Ella will be performing our song Real.

Jax also threw his weight behind The Hundred Rising, which gave 100 young people a chance to get involved in producing the competition.

He said: Its a sick initiative. We have Aman Randhawa a content creator from Birmingham. He worked with my team to create content, he is amazing.

LIAM Paynes solo songs feature some pretty raunchy lyrics but hes toning it down with his latest collaboration which will finally be age appropriate for his four-year-old son Bear.

The singer is posing here in a publicity shot for upcoming Disney animation Rons Gone Wrong, as he announced he had recorded a song for the soundtrack.

The film is about a walking, talking, digitally connected device called Ron that befriends a boy.

I first revealed weeks ago that he had made the tune for the movie and now he has said it will finally be out next Friday.

The former One Direction star added: I am such a big fan of Disney, so to be working on this is a dream come true.

HOLLYWOOD marriages, and divorces, are weird at the best of times just look at consciously uncoupled exes Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

But supermodel Miranda Kerr has made things even weirder with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom, with whom she shares son Flynn, as she has compared him to an annoying brother, eight years on from their split.

Miranda, who is married to Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel, gushed about Orlandos new fiance Katy Perry, saying: We go on holidays together. We celebrate all the important milestones together I love her.

Itd be safe to say that I love her more than Flynns dad. Hes like a brother. And most of the time, an annoying brother.

THE Rolling Stones are putting out nine previously unreleased tracks as part of a special 40th anniversary edition of their album Tattoo You.

It will drop on October 22 during their US tour and will also include new versions of the original songs, including Hang Fire and Waiting On A Friend.

The deluxe set will also include Still Life, a 26-track recording from their Wembley Stadium concert in 1982.

The album from Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts can be pre-ordered now, with the first new track Living In The Heart Of Love already out.

JADE Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards will release album Between Us featuring some of their greatest hits on November 12.

It will also include five brand new songs, which will be their first new music as a trio after Jesy Nelson's departure last December.

Leigh-Anne, who along with Perrie is about to give birth, said: We cant wait for our fans to hear the new tracks weve been working on. We hope they love them as much as we do!

But there will be a new single first. Having teamed up with Anne-Marie on the Top 20 song Kiss My (Uh Oh) last month, a new version has been created which also features Becky Hill, Raye and Stefflon Don, which will be out on Thursday.

Even after a decade, Little Mix know how to thrill their fans.
