Love Island’s Liam Reardon gets huge tattoo of idol Sir Tom Jones – Key 103

He's a massive fan!

If you watched the 2021 Summer series of Love Island, you'll most likely be aware of winner Liam Reardon's love for fellow Welshman Tom Jones.

Who can forget his rendition of 'Sex Bomb' in the annual talent show?

Well, after winning the show alongside his girlfriend Millie Court, it looks like Liam has put his share of the 50,000 to good use, getting a MASSIVE tattoo of his idol inked onto his leg.

Although Liam has moved to Essex with Millie, on a recent visit to see his family and friends back in Wales, the 22-year-old documented a trip to Lucy Lou's Tattoo parlour in Merthyr, where he showed off his latest idea.

Posting a outline of what he plans, Liam shared a video telling fans: 'I'm back in the chair with the magician that is Luce.'

It appears Liam's tattoo in progress will show Sir Tom Jones throughout the years, from his younger days to now. He said: 'Piece I'm adding to the leg today'.

Liam later shared a progression photo of the new inking, showing Tom's massive face covering his calf.

Alongside Chuggs and Rachel, Liam entered the Love Island villa just days after the launch show as one of the first bombshells of the series.

Liam quickly stole the attention of original Islander Faye when he arrived as a bombshell, with Faye choosing to couple up with the Welsh hunk over both Hugo and Brad.

Just four days after Liam's arrival, Millie entered the villa alongside Lucinda as the next bombshells.

Millie quickly caught the eye of Liam when she arrived as a bombshell. After realising he had no connection with Faye, Liam chose to couple up with Millie during the second recoupling.

Despite new arrival AJ expressing interest in Liam, the Welsh hunk stuck with his partner Millie, with the pair recoupling for the second time.

Millie and Liam started growing closer than ever, with Liam even admitting he's never felt like this before! The Welsh man also confessed his cute nickname of 'Millie Moo' for Mills.

The infamous Casa Amor stage of the competition arrived, with Liam heading off to the second villa with a bunch of new girls, and Millie staying in the main villa with a group of new boys.

Despite his antics over at Casa Amor, Liam decided to return back to the main villa single, with a delighted Millie sat waiting for him. However, things were about to take another dramatic turn...

After being pied off despite their 'connection' at Casa Amor, Geordie girl Lillie made her feelings felt, dishing the dirt on Liam's actions to the group in the main villa.

Although Lillie didn't make it into the main villa following her time at Casa Amor, bosses decided to invite her back for a one-on-one chat with Millie, where the girls discussed Liam's behaviour.

Following her chat with Lillie, a devastated Millie decided to cool things off with Liam, with Liam being forced to sleep in the 'dog house', despite admitting he wouldn't give up on trying to put things right.

Following a surprise performance from pop star Mabel, Liam took to the stage to declare his feelings for Millie, in front of the rest of the Islanders.

He said: "You blew me away with your flawless looks, piercing blue eyes, infectious smile and amazing personality that draws me to you.

"It's the way you make me smile without even saying anything that brings me back for more.

"I didn't expect to come to Love Island and find a potential soulmate so early on but I've found that and so much more in you. I've never been one to have boxes that need ticking, it's all about how someone makes me feel. I've never felt this way before...."

Putting the past behind them, Millie and Liam made up much to the delight of fans, with the pair looking stronger than ever going into the final two weeks of the show as an 'exclusive' couple.

OK, so not quite! But Millie and Liam did experience what their future could be like as they looked after their 'son' Jackson for the day. The pair sailed through the challenge showing their parenting skills.

In the final week of series seven, Millie and Liam were whisked away to a stunning castle for their final date, with both of them looking sensational as they said "I love you" for the first time.

In emotional scenes, Millie's mum and sister arrived into the villa alongside Liam's mum and dad. After spending time with their loved ones individually, Millie and Liam introduced each other to their families.

During their interview with host Laura Whitmore ahead of the final result, Liam asked Millie to be his official girlfriend, of course, she said yes!

After winning the show, Millie and Liam chatted to Love Island bosses where they discussed a future proposal and babies. Millie said: "The proposal is going to have to be massive", with Liam adding: "It's going to be huge. I'm sure I can pull it out of the bag. I'm sure I can do it."

Love birds Millie and Liam returned back to the UK together following their time in the Love Island villa, sharing this cute snap on the plane home.

Millie wrote on Instagram: 'Finally home been reading through everyone's messages, can't thank you enough for all the love and support over the last 8 weeks, it means a lot Still doesn't feel real we have been crowned winners of love island 2021! It's been a crazy journey but wow what a journey it has been. Now time for quarantine, missing my man already, can't wait to see you again @liamreardon1 '. (sic)

After self-isolating apart when they arrived back in the UK, Millie and Liam reunited in Essex, enjoying a romantic night out together before meeting up with their Love Island co-stars.

Millie and Liam looked more loved up than ever when they walked the red carpet at the National Television Awards in September 2021.

Liam took his girl to his home town of Merthyr Tydfil in Wales in mid-September 2021, where Millie met his family and enjoyed the countryside!

After confirming they had plans to move in together, Millie and Liam hinted at the end of October they'd found the perfect apartment in Essex.

Sharing this photo of themselves, Millie wrote: 'Me and Liam are still continuing our apartment hunting and we saw something special today'.

Meanwhile, after meeting on the show, Liam and Millie previously stated they are going to move into their own place in Essex together.

The loved-up pair have also been discussing marriage and babies, with Millie saying: "The proposal is going to have to be massive", with Liam adding: "Its going to be huge."

The Welsh hunk then put all our hearts at ease, continuing: "Im sure I can pull it out of the bag. Im sure I can do it."
